Privacy

webfaCeMEdia, 57 Finch Ave West, Toronto, ON M2N 0K9, runs WorkToCode and is responsible for the personal information it holds.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in (by a one-time code) and to contact you about your account.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription ids and the subscription status; we never see your full card number.
• What you ask and check: your questions, the answers, your feedback on them, and frames you save, so you can see your history and so we can improve answers.
• Usage: page views and basic events on worktocode.ca through webfaCeMEdia Insights, without advertising cookies.

Who processes it

Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and OpenRouter with the language-model provider it routes to (question text, to write an answer from the code). They process data on our behalf; some of them do so outside Canada.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Your choices

Delete your account from Account, or in the app under Account; this removes your sign-in, questions and saved frames and cancels your subscription. Billing records Stripe must hold by law stay with Stripe. To see or correct what we hold, email privacy@webfacemedia.com.
